We provide structured mental health consultancy and coaching services delivered within a CBT-informed framework.
Our work is consultative and psychoeducational in nature.
We do not provide psychotherapy, psychiatric treatment, medical advice or formal mental health diagnoses.
No.
We do not work with severe or complex psychiatric conditions, including:
• Active suicidal risk
• Psychosis or bipolar disorder
• Severe major depressive disorder
• Personality disorders requiring specialist treatment
• Cases requiring psychiatric supervision
If such issues arise, clients will be advised to seek appropriate medical or specialist care in their country of residence.
Individual sessions last 50 minutes.
Couple and family sessions last 90 minutes.
The initial session includes:
• Clarifying expectations
• Reviewing professional boundaries
• Explaining how we work
Structured psychological techniques are typically introduced in subsequent sessions.
Bookings can be requested through the contact form on the website or by contacting the specialist directly via WhatsApp, messenger, or telephone using the contact details provided on their personal page.
Your enquiry will be reviewed and you will be contacted to arrange a suitable time for an initial consultation.
All sessions must be paid in advance.
Payment must be received no later than 72 hours (3 calendar days) before the scheduled appointment.
If payment is not received within this timeframe, the session may be cancelled and the time slot released.
Communication between sessions is limited to administrative matters only.
Therapeutic discussions and emotional processing take place during scheduled sessions.
Sessions may be rescheduled if at least 24 hours’ notice is provided.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment are charged in full.
Rescheduling is limited to two occasions per booked session.
No.
We do not provide crisis or emergency services.
If you are experiencing acute distress or risk of harm, please contact:
• Your local emergency services
• Your GP or healthcare provider
• A recognised crisis support service in your country of residence
Yes.
All information shared during sessions is treated as confidential, except where disclosure is required by law or where there is risk of serious harm.
Personal data is processed in accordance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
We operate a structured and professionally managed ending process.
A minimum of 7 days’ written notice is required.
We recommend attending a final session to review progress and discuss next steps.
