My Approach
My practice integrates Cognitive Behavioural principles (CBT) with trauma-informed and communication-focused work.
With a PhD in Political Science and extensive academic training in behavioural psychology, communication theory and social systems, I bring systemic thinking and analytical depth into therapeutic practice.
My academic and research background includes:
• Individual and collective behaviour
• Interpersonal and group dynamics
• Conflict formation and resolution
• Communication structures and influence
• Decision-making processes at both personal and societal levels
This allows me to understand not only individual emotional patterns, but also the relational and environmental systems shaping them.
