When you use the services at JOHNSTONE Mental Health & Communication, you accept these guidelines. We provide consultancy, training, and coaching. We are a registered business in England and Wales (No. 16945082). Please note we are not an emergency service; if in crisis, please seek urgent medical help.

We offer ethical support rooted in professional skill and research. We focus on long-term growth for people and teams rather than instant results. Sessions must be paid in advance, and we require 24 hours' notice for cancellations. All intellectual property remains with us. These terms follow UK law.

Client Privacy

Your trust is very important to us. We handle your personal details carefully and follow the UK GDPR rules. We only collect the information we truly need to provide you with safe, professional coaching and consultancy, ensuring your journey with us is well-supported and confidential.
